Piano
Visual Language
Working closely with the internal team at piano WOUQ reimagined what piano looks like and how the brand communicates its values and products. Conveying not only what piano does but also how it feels to use the world’s most advanced analytics software.
Over the course of one year and countless iterations, we produced a number of assets and guidelines, that enable piano to generate content for their ever evolving portfolio.
Brand Film
The brand film below tells the story of how the data of one single user is analyzed by piano’s software, what journey this data takes and how it’ll be displayed for the user.
Industries
While the brandfilm itself encapsulates all of what piano does, the different products that piano offers also needed to be explained and visualized.
Together with piano we focused on three of their most important customer bases.
Finances
Create a frictionless customer journey
Media & Publishing
Personalized and optimal experiences for every user
Transportation
Present the right offers at the right time
Solutions
Launch your ideas faster.
Piano is an ideal foundation for your proprietary business applications and it is most powerful when clients use it to build their own unique, differentiated capabilities, leveraging its feature-rich capabilities. Yet, more important than any specific feature in our software is its role as an accelerator of our clients’ own engineering, data and creative efforts.
We see our role as providing both the off-the-shelf marketing tools our clients need, and open, real-time foundation for data and logic. That frees our clients’ in-house experts to develop the distinctive capabilities that will transform their organizations.
Below are just a few examples of exciting proprietary projects built on Piano.

Research & Development
Research & Development was arguably the most important step of the process. As Piano had been using designs from different eras and sources, the look was scattered and didn’t rely on one language in terms of color, form, or relation to one another.
Working closely with the internal team this phase yielded a lot of different ideas, directions, and potential visual solutions for the brand.
Below you will find a selection of the frames that were created during this phase of the project.
